ISOKISI ORIGINAL SOCKS BARCELONA

To manufacture our socks we use ISOTECH: a fiber developed by our collaborators and yarn suppliers, initially designed for textile sublimation.

Its virtues: it transmits softness, a natural and silky touch to the foot, it is an elastic fiber, which guarantees great comfort, adaptability to the foot and freedom of movement. It transports moisture to the outside making possible its evaporation, this process being faster than with natural fibers or other synthetic fibers.

It keeps the foot dry, increases the feeling of comfort and performance, even in the most extreme conditions. It is an intelligent fiber that, depending on the use and the conditions used, provides freshness or heat to the body. In conditions of heat or high physical performance, it acts as a heat exchanger, expelling body heat and absorbing outside coolness, keeping heat stable and preventing loss of body heat.

Being a continuous filament or fiber of great length, through a continuous process without cuts, it avoids pilling. Those little balls of clothing that bother us so much.

WASHED

We recommend machine washing at 30ºC / 86ºF and with the sock inside out. Without going through the dryer and without ironing them, since they come out practically dry from the washing machine.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Born in Barcelona 1986, he began his first artistic actions around 1999, getting involved in the world of graffiti.

In 2007 he began his career as an Art Director at advertising agencies. He was always very focused on lettering and typography, where he came into contact with other professionals with much more experience.

In 2011 he started an artistic and social project in India, which led him to make murals throughout Southeast Asia for about a year.

After this experience, around 2014, he moved to Berlin to fully immerse himself in the art world, with the personal project Makearte. Focused on traditional design and using manual screen printing as the only printing medium. In recent years he has carried out exhibitions and projects in different groups, such as:

Neu West Berlin, Urban Art Clash, Berlin Graphic Days, Tattoo Circus, Difusor BCN, Push Standart, YAAM, Wandelism, Digital Calligraffiti, Letters in Design, Nau Bostik or B-Mural.

He currently curates and organizes an international artistic collective (founded by himself in 2018) called Calligrafreaks Project. Focused on Calligraffiti, it brings together artists from all over the world in the different capitals of Europe to exchange knowledge, hold courses and exhibitions to promote the culture of letters.
